In-Home
Michael offers bespoke training in the comfort of your home or residential gym, aligning with your schedule and space. Michael will also guide you in setting up the home gym that's ideal for you.
VIRTUAL
Michael offers the convenience of virtual personal training. The popularity of remote training is soaring, thanks to its exceptional versatility and convenience. Get in great shape with Michael from virtually anywhere.
Hybrid
Hybrid training is perfect for those clients who like to mix up in-person training sessions with the convenience of remote/online training. The vast majority of Michael's clients choose this option and it allows for a flexible approach and means not missing crucial workouts - and therefore staying on track! - even when traveling or during busy times in a client's life.
Small Group Classes
Training with a spouse, partner, or friends can be a fun and motivating way to get in great shape. Michael's private group sessions are available for up to 3 people. There's also a cost benefit to small group training.

As a lifelong, multi-sport athlete and self-proclaimed weekend warrior, Michael understands the demands and challenges faced by everyday athletes. Under Michael's guidance, you'll develop sport-specific skills, enhance your strength, increase mobility, and elevate your endurance. This means that when you engage in your favorite activities, you'll do so with newfound excellence and enjoyment.














Terms and conditions
Workout sessions are 50 minutes in duration but may go a little longer depending on the session.
Please arrive on time and ready to work out. Michael suggests bringing a sports drink of your choice to all sessions and dressing in appropriate workout attire. Michael may make specific recommendations with regard to workout readiness.
If you are late Michael will do his best to ensure you have a thorough workout but may not be able to train you for the normal workout duration if he has a session following your session.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Michael has a strict cancellation and rescheduling policy of 24-hour notice prior to your scheduled session due to any reason. Michael can prescribe a workout for you to do on your own if you are unable to make your scheduled session and still wish to get a workout in.
If Michael needs to cancel or reschedule your session and does not do so within 24 hours then your next session with Michael is free!
Refund policy
There is a strict no-refund policy. However, at Michael's discretion, you may be able to transfer any remaining classes to a friend or family member.
